Hirosaki!

A couple of summers ago, a group of friends and I went on a "Route 66" road trip. 2,451 miles together in a minivan has a way of bonding friends in a unique way. Since that trip, we have met up regularly to reminisce and make new memories.

We celebrated Christmas this year with a special Hibachi-style dinner at a Japanese restaurant called Hirosaki. Our chef "wowed" us with his pyrotechnic culinary style as he prepared our dinner right in front of us. If you have ever experienced Hibachi, you know how special it is.
