Success! I made it safely to Kenya this Saturday evening (early afternoon for you all). Tunashukuru Mungu (We thank God in Kiswahili)! I will stay in Nairobi tonight before one more flight to Eldoret in the morning. I will be doing my two-month medical elective in Eldoret with Indiana University's partnership with Moi University Teaching and Referral Hospital.
I look forward to updating you about the details of this experience in the weeks to come!
